It's been a while since the team got the wildcard and, as the title says, we have been sweating blood, new blood by the way, just to achieve some podiums.
The competition gets tougher while you climb up in the rankings. For this reason we signed some new riders, to see if we can be still competitive. But the aim of the team is to train riders mostly, and all the money goes in this direction: scouting + training.
I guess this is going to be the team's philosophy, despite of being financially unprofitable. Nothing compares to the expectation of slowly developing the abilities of a rider, and willing to turn him eventually into a great 55AV kick-ass star.
For the moment we have to resign to our 47-48av captains, which are great riders, don't get me wrong! But we have some aces up the sleeve...

Great! I hope him to give the best for the national team!
Wow, Van Baerlem is really nice! :O
I just selected him for the national team. :)
Thanks!
Unfortunately Ryuta, the untrained japanese, is not the ace up the sleeve... I just keep him 'cause he's young (not a great resaon though)! And yes, it's nice to see those three green av values!
Yukio is always welcome in my team ;)
And does you're untrained Japanese rider have some talent??? I'm trying to find some Japanese lead outs for Miyazaki :)
Btw you're team is looking good with already 3 trained green av. I never had 3 guys higher then 45av.
